5 out of 5 starsI found Klementi last year on YT while researching how to make a lid slide better within the gallery of a jar. I’ve wanted one of his pots ever since. I purchased this as an inspiration piece. It’s a glaze and a clay body that I’ll never have the joy of working with, given the limitations of the community studio where I practice. The description and photos were helpful and accurate. And the lid sounds so smooth when it turns that it’s sexy 😂

Care instructions
My ceramics are made from high-quality clay and fired at high temperatures to ensure their durability. However, they are still delicate and need to be treated with care.
To preserve the beauty and quality of your handmade ceramics, I suggest handwashing them separately from other dishes and using soap or soda instead of detergents. Dry the ware once washed and put on their storage place.
I have not tested them in the dishwasher or microwave, so I cannot guarantee their safety or performance in those appliances.
Caring for the Ice-Crackle glazed ware
The ice-crackle glazed ware asks for more attention and care than regular ware and need gentle handling.
- Avoid any kind of thermal shock or sudden changes in temperature.
- Be aware that liquids with strong colours may stain the cracks. This is irreversible and may change the appearance of the glaze.
- To preserve their beauty and durability, wash them by hand separately from other dishes.
- Wash them only with clean lukewarm water, no detergents as they will seep into the cracks.
- Dry them immediately with a paper towel or a soft cloth.
- The glaze may look wet and lose its shine when there is water in the cracks, but it will return to normal when it is completely dry. It may take hours after washing.
What are your return policies and how to make the return delivery
I understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. That's why I offer you 60-day peace of mind. You can return any item within 60 days of delivery, as long as it is in the same condition as you received it, with no signs of wear or damage.
Please see the shop policy for details - "Terms & Conditions and Right of Withdrawal"
What happens if I receive my order damaged?
I take great care in packing the ware securely and safely. However, sometimes accidents happen during shipping.
If you receive a damaged box:
- Please take photos of the box and its contents while opening it
- When you ordered more than one item, you will only receive a refund for the damaged goods.
- Sometimes I may ask you to return the damaged goods to me so I can examine them and learn from them.
- Contact me within 24 hours from receiving the delivery
- I I will issue a full refund within 5 working days.
Since all my work is handmade and unique, I cannot offer a replacement. You will have to place a new order if you want a replacement.
Customs and import taxes
Please be aware that you may have to pay additional fees or taxes to receive your order in your country. These fees are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and they depend on the rules and thresholds of your country's import regulations. You should check these regulations before you buy anything from me, as I will not refund any fees or taxes that you may incur.
These fees only apply to orders outside the EU, as orders within the EU are free of customs charges. To my knowledge, US buyers rarely face these fees as their import threshold is quite high.
What happens to Unclaimed/Refused packages?
If a package is unclaimed or refused by the buyer and returns to me, I will refund the order minus the original shipping costs and any customs fees that I have to pay to get the package back.
How the products are packed?
I use eco-friendly and natural packaging materials, such as paper, upcycled wool, wood wool and cardboard boxes. I reuse the packages and materials I get from other sources, and sometimes I also add wood shavings from my own wood turning projects to the packages.
I don't use unnecessary or fancy packaging that would increase the environmental impact of my products. I focus on the quality and durability of my products instead.
- The sheep wool felt is made from Estonian sheep wool that would otherwise be wasted by the wool industry as unsuitable. It will decompose completely in 2-3 years if you compost it.
- The wood wool and the wood shavings are natural, untreated and biodegradable.
What are delivery times and delivery methods?
Allow me few days to process the order and prepare the package.
All shipments are delivered as standard packages with track and trace.
If your order is time sensitive, please message me on Etsy before you order. I can check and confirm the delivery options for your needs.
- Estonia – a few days
Please note the OMNIVA parcel box name in order comment.
- Europe – commonly 1-2 weeks
- Rest of the world up to 3 weeks, if you’re not living in very remote areas.
I am adding regularly the countries to shipping profiles, if you’re country is not listed, please contact me and it will be added in few working days when the shipping method and price is confirmed.
Wholesale availability
I have a tiny studio with limited space and capabilities. Therefore I am not offering my goods for wholesale.
Is this a Flaw or beauty ?
Each piece I create is unique and handcrafted, so there may be slight differences in shape and size among them. You may also notice some traces of the tools or fingers I use to shape the clay. I carefully polish and sand the lids of my jars after they are fired, to ensure they fit and slide smoothly, but this may leave some marks on the edges.
I think these are all signs of beauty, not flaws, that show the human touch behind each object and remind of the maker in their own humble way.
If you prefer a more uniform and flawless look, please let me know before you place your order, so I can choose the best pieces for you.
